Rich attended Mount Saint Mary's University receiving a Bachelor of Science degree majoring in business & finance with a minor in accounting & marketing in 1994.
Prior to entering the real estate industry, Rich worked in both the mortgage and bankruptcy/foreclosure fields for six years, last serving in a management capacity of a foreclosure practice for a major Montgomery County law firm. This has gained Rich valuable knowledge which has added to his ability to aid his clients. Rich also has extensive knowledge regarding the new home construction process having served as the office manager/sub contractor coordinator for Bennett Land Company, a custom home builder.
As a consistent annual multi million dollar sales producer since starting his career, Rich has the valuable experience, along with industry connections, needed to accommodate any clients needs.
